Love this! We grow tomatoes in 5 gal buckets on the top deck, since the yard has some shady spots! It’s a good way to have a garden in a non traditional space

Great ideas. I'm working on introducing a bit of gardening to a summer kids program. We have low dollars so your creative list of containers is inspiring.

I use old galvanized buckets I find at the transfer station. They used to be easy to find, not so much now. They are even better when the bottoms rust out. Be sure to make holes if the bottoms are still good. I think they look great in groups, kind of rusty organic look.
